Shipping Terms:
1. Delivery will be arranged within 5 working days after receiving your payment.
2. Please ensure the shipping address and other contact information are correct, since we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
3. Item(s) will be shipped to worldwide via Hong Kong Postal Service. It takes 7-14 days to arrive the destination usually, but it may takes longer, like 20 days if there is custom check. If you cannot receive your item(s) after 25 days of payment. Please inform us by email,
[email protected]. If you cannot receive our reply email in 24 hours, please resend you email.
4. Free worldwide shipping will be provided for order which amount over US$150 in one purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges Return Policy:
1. Order cannot be revised or cancelled once you settled payment.
2. Exchange item(s) or refund would be accepted for quality issue only. Request must be advised within 3 days after shipment received.
3. For exchange item(s), client needs to send us photos to show us the quality problem. We will send a new product for exchange purpose for free, while client has to bare all the related shipping cost.
4. If the return item(s) is(are) out of stock. We will have a full refund minus shipping cost to client.
